Technical Assistance Services in Architecture, Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and Geotechnic to the Department of Public Works for the execution of the National Program of Public Works in South Africa since 2008. Under said program are being executed the preparatory works for the Football (Soccer) World Cup 2010, the road infrastructure maintenance strategy and the refurbishing and upgrading of public buildings.

The value of the technical assistance for the year 2010 amounts approximately to US$5.16m (five million and one hundred and sixty thousand US Dollars).

Technical Assistance Services in Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geotechnic to the Department of Human Settlements for the execution of the People Housing Program (PHP) and the Rural Housing Program in South Africa since 2003. Under said programs it is forecast the completion on this year 2010) of 250’000 housing units.

The value of the technical assistance for the year 2010 amounts approximately to US$544.4k (five hundred and forty four thousand and four hundred US Dollars).

ECUATORIAL GUINEA

Construction Management Services for the execution of two Centers for the Reeducation of Juveniles, one in the country island: Riaba and the other on the continental part: Evinayong. The two centers are designed according to he most modern standards and trends in the field to contain 128 inmates 96 males and 32 females) each one, being built at a cost of approximately €30m (thirty million Euro).

The value of the construction management service being rendered amounts to €1.56m (one million and five hundred and sixty thousand Euro).
