La Habana, 31 ene (PL) El presidente cubano, Raúl Castro, recibió a los exmandatarios
Leonel Fernández, de República Dominicana, y Álvaro Colom, de Guatemala, quienes
asistieron a la III Conferencia Internacional Por el Equilibrio del Mundo.
En el encuentro con Fernández, el exdignatario y Raúl Castro mostraron satisfacción
por las relaciones de amistad entre las dos naciones y las perspectivas de
desarrollo.
Asimismo, intercambiaron sobre otros temas de interés regional e internacional,
dentro de ellos la presidencia por Cuba de la Comunidad de Estados Latinoamericanos y
Caribeños.
En la reunión con Colom, se constató el buen estado de las relaciones entre Cuba y
Guatemala.
El exgobernante guatemalteco y Raúl Castro también dialogaron sobre diversos temas de
interés común y de la agenda internacional.
En ambos encuentros participaron por la parte cubana Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla y
Rogelio Sierra Díaz, Ministro y Viceministro de Relaciones Exteriores,
respectivamente.
