En medio del profundo dolor y consternación por el deceso del querido Presidente venezolano Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías, mañana jueves entre las 8 de la mañana y las 8 de la noche, nuestro pueblo le rendirá sentido y patriótico homenaje al entrañable líder de la Revolución Bolivariana.
El Memorial José Martí será el sitio al que asistirán los capitalinos. En todas las cabeceras provinciales y en la Isla de la Juventud, la población también brindará el tributo de respeto y cariño al inolvidable Comandante.
