Cuba ha declarado tres días de luto nacional por la muerte de Hugo Chávez.
Tras la caída de la Unión Soviética y el Periodo Especial, la Venezuela
bolivariana se convirtió en un sostén fundamental para la economía de la
isla, además de un aliado ideológico.
