08/17/13 - Montreal Gazette - Communist Cuba condemns ongoing bloodshed in Egypt
HAVANA - Cuba is condemning the ongoing violence in Egypt.
A statement from the Communist-run government was read on state television
Saturday, saying that it was watching the violence with concern.
It said that while Cuban officials always condemn the killing of innocent
civilians, they are confident the Egyptian people can find a solution to
the violence "exercising its legitimate right to self-determination without
any outside interference."
