strengthening their historical cooperative ties, dating back from the
struggle for the liberation of the African country, a judicial source said
The president of the Supreme Court of Angola, Cristiano Andre, who will be
on a working visit to Cuba this week, said such ties are being strengthened
through the 4,000 Cuban collaborators currently in Angola, working in

Regarding his stay in Cuba, the official stated that this visit will be a
good opportunity to learn about Cuba's justice system.
Learning about the Cuban system is useful for Angola, as this African
country is developing several updates to its judicial sector, based on the
new constitution adopted in 2010.
The Attorney General of the Republic of Angola, Joao Moreira de Sousa,
visited Havana in early June, and recognized the work done by prosecutors
During his stay, Moreira de Sousa signed an agreement with the General
