PayPal, payment services through Internet, keeps attacking German
businesspeople doing business with Cuba or are otherwise in contact with
the Caribbean country.
A few weeks after PayPal froze the account of the German rock group COR,
sponsoring a donation campaign to pay for a tour in Cuba, the restrictive
